What you see at the showroom should be what you should get when the property is completed.
This is a long overdue protection for the retail buyers who often do not have the financial muscle, legal expertise or time of the developers.

i guess they the govt side felt they have finished milking via the stamp/tax as well..so time to tighten some screw..so yummy
