just assume that its 110sen that is the price they fixed for the other interested party lah.

The other day market trading 90+cents they also done at 110 what, so market price is just noise lah. They probably already agreed to the sale privately @110 sen, just that they dun wanna declare the buyer's name so they said "market transaction". today PNE PCB done 20million lots so likely the remaining 9 million shares are sold off already early in the morning trading. which means they will announce tomorrow likely on the SGX

As I mentioned before, who in their right mind would buy a loss making company at its full NAV, unless the purchase was for a RTO or some sort of corporate maneuver, or the buyer was targeting specifically some asset of PNE PCB, such as the factory land which maybe they want to rezone and use for future residential/corporate redevelopment.

No matter the reason, we can assume quite confidently this deal will be done @ 110sen for the 28 million shares which will translate to 12M+ for PNE Indus. This will translate to ~sgd0.017 special div assuming 50% payout

haha too hot, cannot get any today, nevermind just leave my indicator lots to have fun... next!

My first 2-bagger since I started investing 10 months ago. Blush
Does any buddy think it will cross its NAV?
Not sure when to take profits and whether the current price is due to overreaction by Mr Market.
I will probably decide after the final tranche of PNE PCB is sold and the announcement of special dividends (if any).
It should be clearer by then.

If their plan is to sell PNE Ind eventually, then they will likely looking to sell at higher than NAV.
If their plan is to reinvest, then let wait for news. It may be possible they ask strategic partners, or sell partial stakes (perhaps at higher price than NAV).

PNE Micron NAV 3.82 cents, sold at 6.5 cents
PNE PCB NAV 91 sen, sold at 110 sen.
PNE Ind NAV 23.58 cents.

Fantastic Big Grin Just take back your capital whenever you feel like it and then keep the rest to run up. PNE Ind is still ok to invest, at least until it hit NAV.

thanks for the update guys, positive news that should push share price up tomorrow.

So we can safely assume 3rd tranche of PNE PCB done at a good price.

This dividend slightly more than my estimated $0.17, 50 percent payout. To me its a special dividends rather than interim HeartHeart Even after payout, PNE Ind will be rolling in about 40% of net cash.

Wonder why the details for sale of third tranche PCB shares was not announced though.

No mention on 3rd tranche of PNE PCB sold.
I presume the 3rd trance is not sold. May need to wait for next 1 or 2 days for confirmation if they have sold the PNE PCB shares.

I do think some positive developments will be coming.
Morning is busy for me. I will update my thought later.

Hi BlueKelah,

PNE Ind distribute 82.4% of the proceed for dividend.
If they dispose the remaining shares at same price, roughly they will have S$4.3m proceed.

I think it is another sign that the company management may retire.
I do think they may possible (no guarantee) sell PNE Ind subsidiary or even sell PNE Ind.
Other options are
1) asking big investor to come in
2) Invest in other business with strategic partners
