I have been listen to love radio 972 and the government has been actively promoting the benefits of LPA (Lasting Power Of Attorney) via the station.

I strong urged all Singaporeans to carefully spend sometime to go through this good government initiative. The LPA form is in pdf format and can be prefilled, saved and eventually filed with the office.
I think the process is free and since its a free initiative by Singapore government (as we seldom get free stuff from the government), it is worthwhile investing time and effort to do one for the sake of yourself and your family.
