Seems like the sales are a bit slow right now. For Pollux to bloom, like all property plays, it may require a sustainable amount of patience for profits to be recognised.
Sure that Pollux is shifting its gear and the Indonesian side business is turning into a sweet spot. After looking the financials, it is undervalued but not too sure about the upside as property market in Singapore is targeted to move south. When will RTO take place, or will it take place at all? That is the question on my mind. Koh Wee Meng does add a bit of confidence, though.

I am not sure about the RTO becos I thought I heard Nico Po saying that the family won't mix the Singapore and Indon biz.
But Pollux still has the big profit coming from Pavillion Square where maybe as much as $30m profit is not booked. Prop mkt in Sg has definitely slowed down a lot so there is worry that some developers will be stuck with unsold units. Pollux's unsold projects are not very big and it has Pavillion Square profit to support it so co won't be in deep Sh**. [/align] it's also clever in changing Ganges Centre project to service apt to collect rental.

Havelock Serviced Apartments to be launched by December. As for the RTO, the writing is on the wall. Caveat emptor.

Don't read too much into today's share price increment. The volume is thinly traded.
But I am eagerly anticipating the half year results, poised to be released next Friday.
