Below is the shareholders changes over the years. Koh Wee Meng might be hiding his shares under Hong Leong Finance.

Below is my analysis of the shareholder changes, from what I observed, the top shareholders have been accumulating from those middle-level shareholders.

Pollux Malls ~ Website have been up for 8 months, but not much updates. Perhaps Management is planning for further addition or shuffling.

Why is there such a peculiar move from the SAME brokerage house? They seems to have limitless number of shares to sell down to the buying queue, no doubt this counter is very tightly circulated. What is their intention to keep the price range bound between 7 ~ 9 cents?

Louis Residences is expecting their first guest on the soft launch during first week of October. Earlier tabulated rates are special opening rates and are valid till 31 December 2014 only. After which, room rates will be marked to market. Louis Residences is also operating a restaurant and the additional revenue could be an icing on the cake.

Louis Residences is conveniently located in the central district of Singapore and are a stone throw away from Orchard Road, Robertson Walk, Clarke Quay and other landmarks of interest.

KEY AMENITIES AT HAVELOCK RD

1. MRT Stations (Tiong Bahru and Outram)
2. Supermarkets (Great World, Valley Point, Tiong Bahru & Beo Cresent)
3. Golden Village Movie Theatres (Great World & Tiong Bahru)
4. Singapore General Hospital
5. Great World City Shopping Mall
6. Robertson Walk
7. Post Office
8. UOB and POSB Bank
9. POSB and OCBC ATM
10. Ngee Ann City

Company expansion often leads to greater staff mobility and requirement of its staff to stay away longer on business trips or on temporary assignments. Pollux is able to tap on its existing network in Indonesia to leverage on its overseas promotion and attract business clients to Louis Residences.

With the 99 years leasehold extension in sight, we can expect a bumper revaluation on the RNAV, boosting the net assets.

Goldmine, not trying to be a wet blanket, try to up your offering price.

I've tried your price for the longest I know, no chance.

Last time, I used to queue at around 7 cents to buy. There are a number of occasions I ended up buying only a few lots (sellers only sold a few lots, don't know what they are trying to do. Test who is buying??). I got the share at 7 cents before ... but ... haha... only 1 lot, and the worst thing is there is no sell queue for me to buy at higher price because some other buyers bought it on that day before me.

After that day, I decide not to queue but will only buy if I see there is(are) serious seller(s) (if I have excess cash). On those days, I will just buy from sell queue directly or queue at price close to sell queue price. Of course, I have a price range which I will buy (anything less than $0.085, I an fine).

I think it is better to wait for serious seller to queue first.

Yes, the other technique is I will withdraw my buy order (if not fulfill) say abt 10mins before closing. Just in case some idiots decide to sell down 1 lot by 1 lot at closing.Cool

When we talk about sustainable purchases, I usually will just leave my buying queue there. Say, 200 lots at $0.076. More or less, it gets filled ENTIRELY. I find this method best.

I don't try to put at $0.071. Sellers will sell one lot and my brokerage charges is not fully optimized. Imagine one lot, $71 and brokerage fees $26? Somehow, the seller is forcing us to bid a higher price while doing this.
