Integrity and disclosure of malaysian stocks

Hi all,

seems like I'm getting mixed reviews on malaysian stocks

some say, still lots of frauds, fake accounting reports and disclosure is bad

some say it's ok overall to do value investing there


can i hear some views and experience pleasE?

I'm sure there are some very good stocks especially agriculture, mining stocks

but a lot of investors got badly burnt by CLOB saga this have left a bad taste in their mouth for Msian stocks even though many years have pass.

also a bad impression that policy can suddenly change anytime depending on status of bilateral relations.
