An offer is based on what the offeror thinks it is worth now rather than what it was worth 5 years ago. Still, based on the book value, the offer price seems underwhelming.

Just received the offer document.
As a long-suffering shareholder, it's disheartening to learn that insiders bought the stock aggresively just before the offer announcement at prices around 8 cents . There is one chap who bought more than 20 million shares.

Just have to face the fact that minority shareholders will lose out to insiders and the big boys....rule of the jungle.
