It seems orderly, until towards the end of meeting, one woman SH asked the Chairman, quite rudely, on why no plastic bag was provided for her to carry her food. She even demanded an immediate answer from the Chairman. Its really hard to please everyone.
Some time ago, I had been to an AGM in which a male SH continually berated 1 of the staff for sending out wrong details about transportation to the company HQ. I went up to request him to stop his rant since the staff had already acknowledged/apologized for their error. Of course, I was also scolded until he realized that I wasn't a company staff and hence didn't fall under his '1 am your boss's boss for 1/365 day' category.
I guess for a lot of retail OPMIs (including me), besides the times where we can act like a boss against all the 'lower paid' retail sales person, some just simply can't leave out this annual chance to act like a boss against those whom had traditionally always lorded over us.
