Nice, 72 cents now with more buying observed and hopefully it will trade up towards RNAV of about $1.70.

Another group of Singapore companies heading Down Under - This time Brisbane...

Australia really got problems meh... if so almost the entire Singapore Inc looking down under? Looks like Capland is the one that have real problems...

FCL Charoen has bought well and will come out winner. Most of these new wannabes will hit road blocks here and there like CES with Tower Melbourne...

wow so the logic is: if everyone rush for it it must be good Smile

That's why I never believe a bubble cannot be identified. Just that everyone takes their chances on when it will pop.

My first time analyzing. Please pardon for the noob analysis

Heeton Holdings

A back of the envelope calculations. Net tangible assets refer to properties and cash only. With net tangible assets of $656609 and total liabilities of $465316, we derive a NTA less liabilities per share of $0.80.

With the current share price at $0.62, it has a margin of safety of roughly 22%. Let us take a look at the dividends yield history. (Value retrieved from mobile app and may not be 100% accurate)

2004 - 0.002
2005 - 0.002
2006 - 0.003
2007 - 0.004
2008 - 0.0095
2009 - 0.0055
2010 - 0.01
2011 - 0.011
2012 - 0.011
2013 - 0.013
2014 - 0.018

There is a clear uptrend of dividends history except 2009.

Vested in a small quantity as I try to continue to get dividends while waiting for value to be unlocked.

Main Source of cashflow now comes from their 50% stake in Sun Plaza. With more residential units and HDB being completed in the Sembawang area, Sun Plaza is likely to receive more traffic flow.

Just realized sun plaza is undergoing some renovations. Hopefully after that will have some rental increase?

There was a plan to sell Sun plaza away some years back but management quickly reversed that decision after they saw how high Far East Organisation and SPH bidded for the Punggol commercial and Clementi Mall site respectively.

Units in Sun Plaza are strata titled. Yes, some asset enhancement works are currently in progress...
