Get medical cover while you are healthy

Perhaps pte cos may want to consider the gahmen's approach to new employees... I think something like just pay extra 1% of salary, subject to cap, into medisave for employee to choose whatever shield plan (pte or otherwise) they want to select.

Just like that can wash hands already. No need to get HR to administer some health benefit plan for employees. Wats more "sounds" good that it's portable and employee has a choice.

This seems a better approach

BTW, medical benefit service is normally subcontracted out from HR nowadays. Employees are served by web portal on HR services except payroll Tongue
