Why? I like to know why too. I only know 47 & 78 will take turn to 'sell down'.

They have been doing these for months.....


They need to force it down lower so that they can start buying it back profitably....

not much volume so once they try to buy back with a sizeable volume it might force the price to surge...so they need to push it down more.....


another possible scenario is that company going to privatise.....then you see hor....someone wants to offer a 'PREMIUM' to buy you out.....

I see this as a good sign... could be word is out to depress the price so that when GO, a "PREMIUM" can be offered!

ST property number of listing for waterwoods gradually going down...not sure how much it's correlating with sales

most probably a time lag in reporting....no worries

the lastest EC tender is still at a high which meant the successful bidder probably got to sell above $800psf.

And also the new EC measure on 2nd timer applicants resale levy does not affect EC launched before Dec 10. I saw on the advertisement Forestville trying to use this as a selling point......
