(So kancheong......anyway the company stands to collect another $300m from The Laurels($663m-$180m-$180m) which is more than the current liabilities of $195m. (Bear in mind that company owned only 70% stake in The Laurels). )

Administrative expenses increased in 2Q2013 due to an accrual for bonus based on the Group’s results for 1H2013. Such accruals were only made at year-end in prior years.

When will the $300m under the development properties be reflected as cash in the current assets? After obtaining TOP for The laurels?

Also stated in the forward statement:
1. "98% of the units in The Laurels project have been sold" => No sale for The Laurels in July 2013.

2. The Group expects a lower profit for the next quarter, as 96% of the Laurels has already by recognized.

3. Construction work for the Pungol EC and Robin road properties have already been commenced in 2Q 2013. Since construction work has already been started for Robin project, will the group be able to take advantage if there is a revision of plot ratio?

That would cost you ^^

(that's why some projects might sell well but it takes time for them to reap the cash.....by then market might have crash.......)

3. No contracts awarded for the Robin site although in the past they awarded contract for The Laurels and recently contract for the Punggol EC. So my guess is that they are still waiting for the Master Plan...

At present price, the market cap is about the value of the Robin Plot at cost. But is the market value of the land now more than the cost? Would the Punggol EC sell well? Are the office units undervalued? Would the Robin plot site be revised and sell well?

But one thing I got to admit.....the mgmt knows how to take good care of themselves......mid year bonus....wow....how about mid-year dividend payout?
