Hi KBL, grateful for the constant and regular updates. Now 46.3% of the 373 units are sold. Need to sell another 13 units to hit the 50% mark. Let's see whether it can hit 50% by end May 2014.

SGX announcement on 25 March 2013 by Sing holdings to hold AGM on 10 April 2013. However, there is no news announced for this year's AGM. Annual report also not delivered yet. Why so slow ?

The 'XD' date and Payment Date for the total $0.015/share Final and Special dividends have been fixed on 29Apr14 and 16May14, respectively,……

CSC had obtain on 28/03/2014 for The Laurels

That meant it should be receiving the remaining 15% of the total gross proceeds from The Laurels. It should collect about $110m cash (15% of $700m total gross proceeds plus 2 units sold in 1Q2014). The other partner's 30% stake in The Laurels will receive $33m leaving the company with $77m or 19 cents per cash(still got to subtract some construction costs).
