Worked Example:

Portfolio Value at day end (BEFORE any transactions): $10,000

Does the portfolio value include commissions and fees you previously paid?

Number of Units: 1,000
NAV per unit: $10.00

Sell Transaction #1: $5,000
Buy Transaction #2: $2,000
Net Transactions: -$3,000

How about these transactions? Do you include the commissions and fees too?
