According to the document send by Neratel for its EGM, on pg 35 para 19, it says that "The completion and lodgement of the Proxy Form will not prevent Shareholders from attending and voting in person at the Scheme Meeting if they subsequently wish to do so, In such event, the relevant Proxy Form will be deemed to be revoked."

So that clears things up.
