depends if MAJOR STAR HOLDINGS LIMITED is WORTH the loan amount??? :O
1) Try NOT to LOSE money!
2) Do NOT SELL in BEAR, BUY-BUY-BUY! invest in managements/companies that does the same!
3) CASH in hand is KING in BEAR! 
4) In BULL, SELL-SELL-SELL!

The Board is pleased to announce that Pacific Star Development Limited (formerly known as LH Group Limited) ("PSDL") had on 15 February 2017 allotted and issued 59,151,600 new shares in the capital of PSDL (representing approximately 37.34%. of the issued share capital of PSDL) to, inter alia, the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, CH Biovest Pte. Limited. Accordingly, PSDL is now an associated company of the Company.

Based on the last traded price of PSDL shares on 15 February 2017 at S$1.005 per PSDL share, the aggregate value of the New PSDL Shares is approximately S$59,447,3581.

On 28/02/2017, Chuan Hup bought back 1,100,0000 shares @SGD 0.265 per share.
Total Consideration (including stamp duties, clearing changes etc) paid or payable for the shares was SGD 292,092.62.

Just a hindsight observation since both are languishing way below CH's avg purchase price if i am not wrong.

Just my 2 cents comments.

For Pacific Star Dev, they are still in the money from my previous calculation. 

But for Finbar, it is definitely below CH avg purchase price. However, if you read into Finbar annual report or look at their share buy back, they are will turnaround soon.
