Chuan hup getting so much $$ from CHO and PCI... and yet keeping it. Wonder wats its plan?

$ must stream up first before something can take place - may be to fund property projects at CHH levels?

Very likely they will delist PCI first since that was tried before and they now own much more of the shares, after which maybe delist CHO and finally CHH?

With the paltry 3%+ yield at 1 cents, not keeping this anymore.
Virtual currencies are worth virtually nothing.

Think CH should seriously consider acquisitions with more synergy with their current businesses. PCI, CHO, Finbar seems totally dislocated from each other...

Assume the rental is 6 sgd psf pm, the rental yield is about 3.6%. As the purchase consideration will be funded via internal resources and borrowings, not sure what is its leveraged yield ?

can't go too far wrong since CHH haven't done much in recent years... so very likely D24 deals.
