Calender year or financial year in announcement?

As title, I am confuse on whether companies refer to calender year or financial year in their announcement.

1. xxx scheduled for completion at the end of 2014: for this case, I think it's referring to calender year.

2. xxx scheduled for completion at fourth quarter 2014: I think it's referring to financial year.

3. xxx scheduled for completion at second half of 2014: I think it's referring to financial year too.

Is my understanding correct?

Anyway, here is the press release.

I believe all three should be referring to Calendar year. Unless otherwise specified, it should be calendar year.

More likely so. If financial year should be FY2014, rather than 2014.
