Very much so. But its just a matter of time, thanks to bank of england massive money printing.

Look at how the share price has been performing since the euphoria died down after the last offer. Even if there was any offer in the works, I highly doubt anyone here would be privvy to that information, much less be able to share this openly in a forum like this.

No one is speculating on a takeover offer now. Its just a good value stock that is poised to benefit from current high oil price, Massive money printing action from BOE and the London Olympics.

Not to forget that the Golden Jubilee was also a once in a 60 year event that boosted their hotel occupancies for the month of June

Decided to trade this stock yesterday. Found out that the counter party is all JP Morgan when I bought up and they even threw it down to me at my bid price.

I suspect they are pushing down the price so as to collect it cheap before pushing back up again.

I also think the selling had to be from BBs , not retailers like us because it was non stop and fairly big in quantum.

To be honese, I sold short my holdings at 61cents even though its undervalued because DMG issued a trading Buy on this counter.

I never trust these brokerages buy calls. I mean yes at 61cents, its still very much undervalued, but I interpreted the call to mean the BBs were going to push it down, force you to cut loss ,buy it back cheaper and later push it up again. Big Grin

You are right, why should all these analists be so kind to us and not to their big clients ?
Looks like the only catalyst of this stock is the purchases by QLC , otherwise price and trading will remain dull despite deep discount to NAV.

UK is still in recession and property price is dropping....NAV should reduce as valuation drop if I am right........

Only consider this if it drops further....
