I agreed.. That's the saying.. In all markets, big fish eat smaller fish.. The IPO price is at the mercy of KTIS bosses. KW's 2-3% stake is too immaterial to have any influence on KTIS.. Given that the free float is abt 20% odd, KW is pretty badly position as to reduce their stake or to hold on when eventually the KTIS folks wanna push up their shares.

In KW standpoint even at this price level, its actually quite attractive. With 5% dip at 45million shares worth - $2.25m lesser.. They will still be able to pay special dividend in 2Q15. at 1.5-2 cents IMO.

So I am still quite vested.

It is still a gain no doubt but $2.25m is worth about 0.32cts div. Also they will need to sell at a lower price (ie more shares) to pay the special div. Based on the div KTIS paid out for FY13 and KW share of 3%, it amounted roughly to 0.167cts. Perhaps it is just my unrealistic expectation but everything seems to fall short of it (my expectation) now.

Well still the basic div yield is decent enough for me to hold on to it. Confused

The transaction, however, has no impact on the Company’s management policies and operations.
