Recent happenings are indeed not reflecting great on the company despite  a sustainability report was issued !
By not addressing officially the releasing of the shareholder personal data , The company had as good as insinuated personal date protection is not a serious matter to them .
Full set of personal data of those who attended the last AGM are easily available , will this have a negative impact on their business ?

20190212 Q3FY19 result 

1. Revenue increase
2. Gross and Net profits increase
3. Total asset decrease $120mn; liability reduced $120mn
4. Bank borrowing - from long term liability of $210mn reduced to current liability of $106mn
5. Cash and bank balances reduce from $162mn to $142mn

Net asset value: $0.62 (from .60)

o 670 units out of a total 712 units at Macquarie Park Village were settled as at 31 December 2018.
o Hotel and property investment segments continue to be stable.
o Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the Group expects to be profitable in FY2019
