A birds eye view! The seventh and final building, #Melbourne, at our iconic #MacquarieParkVillage project has now topped out. We celebrate and acknowledge this milestone with all stakeholders including our clients #Stamford, architects AJ+C, consultants, sub contractors and most of all our dedicated Parkview team in making this project possible. This also marks the home stretch of the project programme which is targeted for completion in March 2018, some 7 months ahead of schedule. Well done to all involved!

So bookings of revenues will be in FY 2018

Many laggards are moving up but not this one . Perhaps the management really need some reflections ?

RE: Stamford Land
The recent actions and policies have been detrimental to the profile and image of the company. The interests of the investors were also badly affected .

How to engage the management to act fairly to the long term minority shareholders ?

Which investor do not wish to have higher dividend  or capital gain ? Is he going to sue me for asking these ? Go ahead if he deems fit !

RE: Stamford Land
What significant values have they created for the shareholders in the last 10 years ?
They pale in comparison even to many new players in the Australia market !
