Personally, the 1 year price chart for the following major property companies say it all about the market outlook for property prices and demand -

City Development - http://sg.finance.yahoo.com/echarts?s=C0...off;source=;
After all, the market is 'known' to be a leading indicator ! Though, the exposure to China is also hurting it so it may not be entirely accurate.
