Developer CDL paid only about $400 in PSF for the built up area for the Myst from Tan Chong International.

It was a freehold land they bought and are now only selling 99 years lease. In the recent launch, it is selling at $2,000 psf which is even more expensive than nearby Hillion Residence (in PSF and after factoring lease differences).

Based on comparative valuation, it's a terrible purchase.
