Altura is a new executive condo on Bukit Batok West Ave 8. A executive condominium is a subsidise condo by the government. Only Singaporeans are eligible for purchase and a strict criteria is in place to confirm the elligibility for purchase.
This new launch will be previewing soon and for those interested purchasers would have indicate their interest to purchase and fill up a e-application form. Executive condominium does not always come by frequently unlike private condominiums.
For executive condominium, it is bounded by the HDB rulings. Purchasers will have to satisfy a 5 year minimum occupation period before they are able to sell off their homes. On the 5th year, executive condominium are able to be sold to permanent residents and Singaporeans. And from the 10th year onwards, the estate becomes fully privatised and able to be sold to foreigners.
Altura executive condominium will be close to Tengah. a new precinct launch by the government. Schools and shopping malls, and also new transportation line of public buses and a train line name Jurong Region Line is also being developed concurrently.
