Jurong precinct will be having a few new plots of condominium . The first to launch in 2023 will be the one by Wingtai group. The Lakegarden Residences is the one on the Jurong Lake Gardens itself. Its located at the former Lakeside Apartments which the developers acquired the plot through collective sales.
The next upcoming one is the one on Jcube. The premises is currently occupied by the mall that is managed by Capitaland. The ice skating rink, cinema and eateries and retail tenants will have to handover their units on 6th of august at 10pm to make way for a new construction.
The new development J'den condo will be a mixed development with residential component on top. A 368 unit condominium with facilities will have a range of 1 to 4bedroom unit types.
