I just realized that the bedok DBSS was almost won by LKH. Darn. It would really appeal to me after seeing their quality for NEX and Mandarin Gallery.

Koh, can you comment more on Chip Eng Seng construction quality?

Sori Engineer san, unable to answer yr request....nowadays no-more taking over buildings.

But in the 80 and early 90s...projects built by FEO , qualities sub-standard, using 2nd hand materials.

Top grade builder are Bukit Sembawang, Keppel Land, CDL......using main-con like Shimizu, Obashiya, Lum Chang....
