Clarke Quay Rejuvenation by the introduction of the latest development by consortium - Canninghill Piers and Canninghill Piers Square
 
1.  upcoming integrated development situated at River Valley Road
2.  Canninghill Piers location in the vicinity of Clarke Quay. 3.  700 units in two residential towers.

12. The latest development by the consortium is fully in line to the plans with URA’s 2019 Master Plan of increasing vibrancy in the area.
13. The demand for Canninghill Piers is expected to be high because of its strategic location with easy access to amenities.
