Edit:
Please note the follow amendments/additions:
  • The Top shareholder is actually Michael Gentile. Owning at least 5 Million shares. As was stated in an article from the Financial Post. As a "Strategic Advisor" he is not required to file with SEDI like other insiders
  • There are only 5 million warrants outstanding (not 10 Million), as the 2.10 deal was a half-warrant
