I have left the research ang mo company liao...now with cheng hu company...many many red tape.....

Most of the weekend i went for viewing......imagine from my search list the cheapest private condo still asking all time high peak price, but can they sell, i doubt so....here an example.
A 23 yrs old 99 yrs LH (2 bedders)walk up Apt at AMK ave 9
Area = 1152 sq ft
Asking : 780k.

rent i guess at most 2.3k
maint fee : $265/mth
protax : $160/mth

Guage yourself whether good buy or not..

BTW, MBT kena sack liao the new MND minister Khaw B W, will not follow his predecesor foot-step....i think housing price will be coming down soon.....buyer should hold on to their money first, wait at sideline....
