I hear the blame was mine
I'd call you up to say I'm sorry
But I wouldn't want to waste your time.
男女之間的感情,
是建立在彼此的間的信任,關心,體諒,
當一方把最重要的信任逾越了,
傷了對方的心,
這不是用話語可以解釋的了。
bwl was sold in one swipe.
QED.

I wrote the story of why Truth is always naked but Lie always wrap tightly in Truth clothes.
Those stories and verse written in vb.com serves as a reminder to me.
Each time, when I read and re-read vb.com posts, the stories are very refreshing (even it's written by myself).

How did those PD (GD, SD, etc) in China being “created” under the "Export Model”
For the first time, I asked myself this questions and does not make sense to me.
Because, not only I read every AR and analyst report and more of bwl, it does not says anything about how these PD were created.
Immediately, I asked:

@B, Did I smell something bad?
29 June 2017
Reacting to WeiJian's post, I'm still immerse in my dream as I did not see any response from B.
2 July 2017
B unusually issue a one liner comment:
DS revenue is still zero. How could that have happen under the "export model"
In the meantime, I waited patiently for B to fill in the blank.
As expected, B wrote a long post and further clarify by asking 2 more questions which prompted me to
think.
3 July 2017
B re-quote an article posted in this thread previously and asked:
1) How relevant is this article to BWI’s “export model” in China?
2) What are the risks to investors/shareholders?
4 July 2017
From the article, it's clear that Q1) is answered.
I'm
not able to figure out the impact aka investors risks, so I asked what does that mean to me?

China distributors are being paid “multi-level-commission” which is considered illegal in China, am I not right?
A castle built on sand - that's potentially how fragile "the illegal business operation in China " is, I reckon.......................
9 July 2017 (Sunday)
The writing is already in our vb.com walls.
By this time, if you still had not figured out what happen then you must be blinded.
The first question in my mind is definitely weighing the potential rewards vs potential risks.
The secondary question is whether I should hold on and buy some time to wait out for the next Q result.
Last but not least, what's the *right* price or *right* strategy to sell if I so decided to sell instead of hold on.
Before I went to bed on Sunday, I got my answer.
