My curiosity is stirred when i start to see VBs starting to sell their stake in Penguin. Is this stock overvalued or is the upside limited from here on?
Based on PE and PB alone, i struggle to see how this business with a solid b/s and decent margins is overvalued. In fact, my sense from reading up on this business seems to point that the turnaround is only just beginning. As such, even given the recent runup in share price, has Mr Market fully priced in the growth potential of this business? Should (early) investors be in a hurry to offload their stake in this growing business? Certainly something to mull over. Just wondering. Not a buy or sell call.
