The Board wishes to announce that the SGX-ST has confirmed that the date of delisting of
the Company from the Official List of the SGX-ST will be 31 March 2014. Accordingly, the
Shares will be delisted from the Official List of the SGX-ST with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 31
March 2014.
