On 12Mar14, TTJ announced a good set of 2Q/1H (ended 31Jan14) numbers and has again confirmed its track record as a steady performer…..

Based on the strong net profit of $9.926m (+35% YoY) achieved in the 1H, I guess it is reasonable to expect TTJ posting a record full-year net profit of at least $20.m for FY14 (ending 31Jul14), which will translate into a full-year EPS of $0.0572 (based on the latest 349.8m issued shares). I guess it is also reasonable to expect a higher final dividend (last FY13: $0.009/share).
No wonder TTJ's share price - last done at $0.31 on 14Mar14 - has stayed steady and high and close to the $0.30 level in the last 6 months. It is really heartening to note that share price wise, TTJ has consistently out-performed the STI in the last 2 years and by close to 70% to date…..

When compared with Yongnam's pathetic share price trend, TTJ has out-performed its bigger archrival by close to 80% todate in the same period.
