The intention of my posts is simply to obtain information, advice and a second opinion.

I absolutely agree there is conflicting info but I dont think the conflicting info provided would seem to change my intention in any way.

Before further action, I would like to confirm the following

There are two versions of story, one on previous thread, and one in this thread, which is the real story?

Others might think that I am shooting myself in the foot with the question, with the credibility at stake, but I chose to give you an opportunity to clarify.
