Base on Digicel consortium's bidding info, updated the expected Capex outflow of SingTel on Myanmar telecom biz, if SingTel make it.
The previous forecast is approx S$1.5 billion in next 2 years (2013-2014) by SingTel, the rest are shared by other 2 partners.
Base on Digicel consortium bidding, total S$8.3 billion for 3 years (2013-2016), SingTel's share of Capex is re-estimated as S$1.85 billion over 2 years.
The new TP seems to be around $4.2-$4.6...
Bidding result will be announced around end June, there should shed more light on SingTel actual Capex on Myanmar...

Manufacturing activity in Singapore quickened last month as new orders increased, in a further sign its factories have begun to turn the corner, an industry survey showed. The Singapore Institute of Purchasing & Materials Management's Purchasing Managers' index (PMI) rose to 51.1 points in May from 50.3 points in April.
SingTel, Southeast Asia's largest telecoms operator, said it has submitted its bid for a Myanmar telecoms licence with two local partners.
The Digicel consortium which consists of Yoma Strategic has submitted its tender application for a nationwide mobile phone licence in Myanmar. Digicel will invest almost US$9 billion ($11.3 billion) in a mobile phone network, with US$6.6 billion ($8.3 billion) of this to be directly invested in Myanmar.
