Money is there with New Toyo....
The question to ask is "Should New Toyo invest this money for shareholders when the chairman himself does not even have a good handle on the running of his own company"... Young Gary is different from Old Yen, born with silver spoon in his mouth...what if he loses every single cent of the money from SAH? If this is the case, better to return all to shareholders..
If u dont believe, Go and ask young Gary simple qustions like what is the group debt and how much of this debt comes under Tien Wah and how much under New Toyo. I bet he will refer u to the CEO or CFO. Btw, CFO is also very new at the job..hahaha...bloody joker chairman...
Dont expect share price to go beyond 30 cents. it will not be sustainable. People will sell and take profit...

Price will drop by the amt of special dividend. Then when special dividend is declared, it will trade up by the amt. At the ex-dividend date, it will drop back again.
Investors should never forget the fact that "Paying out special dividend from existing NAV is self-depreciating" !
