Current holding 79.01% includes acquired and accepted shares. Acceptance is 30.93%. Soon will cross the 80% mark estimated.
One interesting observation, there is a buyer bid 1 cent higher than TCC Asset's and accumulating daily... If the buyer is Davidson Kempner LLC, there should be announcement soon for cross 5% holding.
