After watching through the Tencent Games' Spark 2024, I walked away amazed with the "deep" of Tencent Games inventory. The existing games well rejuvenated and upcoming lineups look amazing as well.
Looks like NetEase going to have a tough times ahead.

With the high margin they are getting now, it seems to me, they're using the luxury of these times to "invest" in high quality games (leveraging mostly on IPs). Other gaming companies going to have a tough times competiting with their patient money. And I suspect they likely do not need to wait too long for the return. Amazing.
