Normally dividend or bonus issue comes with full year results. I am not sure about bonus, but any final and special dividend needs to be put to a vote in the AGM.

To be honest actually I do. Who can be absolutely sure? In life only death and taxes are certain. Having said that, you shouldn't have the mindset of "taining all with the same brush". You are smart person, you know what I am saying. Let just wait for the announcement. I know you are curious what this s chip is up to, too.

As someone who likes to study behavioral finance, I am definitely aware and wary of the biases that cloud our judgement (that system1 and system2 thing). My overall S-chip experience is still "deeply in the red" on the numbers and it actually accounts for majority of my losses but thankfully, i believe it doesn't cloud my judgement to stay neutral to facts and events.
