Master : In offering heart incense, most importantly, the environment must be quiet. However, no matter how sincere your offering of heart incense is, it is still not comparable to offering real incense. It is totally different. When you offer heart incense your heart is calm, there should be no distraction around. It is like a seclusion as what Buddhists refer to where there is tranquility. You calm yourself down for a while and you start your imagination of the steps involved. The slower each step is in your imagination, the more sincere your heart will be.
