There are good reason to list in a exchange with substantial focus on REIT, I guess. The same reason, for CMHP intention to list in SEHK, with more listing peer over there.

Then it still begs the question that US no REIT mkt meh... is Manulife saying that US investors can't appreciate a US domiciled REIT better than that of Asian investors?
