May I ask where is the 'punishment'?
By allowing the company to keep status quo, MOM is 'accepting' what the firm has done.
As for the 2 year ban 'punishment', the firm can EXTEND the work passes of existing workers till the 2 year ban is over.....
So where is the 'punishment'?
I think the firm's director must be laughing his head off....
