dubai world delisted labroy marine and came to hv an indirect stake of 26.98% in BKM.

last oct, Pacifc carriers took over DDW-PaxOcean Asia Pte. Ltd. and has an indirect stake in BKM.

Pacific carrier is a member of kuok singapore which in turn is related to kuok group, wilmar, kerry group.

what is the implication of the move by PCL to own an indirect stake in BKM?

how likely is BKM to go under as it has a negative working capital?

BKM sold its tuas property in may for a 100% gain to improve its working capital.

bkm is building its 2nd livestock carrier to transport sheep/cattle from australia to indonesia. likely to go into operation this yr to cater to the demand during Hari Raya Haji.

Hi Port, I don't see any attractiveness in this stock. Care to share your investment thesis on this?

For the avoidance of doubt, transactions with Kuok (Singapore) Limited and its subsidiaries, including PCL and POSH and
their respective subsidiaries will not fall within the ambit of the Shareholders’ Mandate and shall be subject to the relevant
provisions of Chapter 9 of the Listing Manual. The Company will in due course seek a new shareholders’ mandate for
transactions between the Group and the new controlling shareholder, Kuok (Singapore) Limited and its subsidiaries.

Anybody following Beng Kuang? It's a O&G stock but somehow it dropped much more than the rest. Was $0.18+, now $0.083 after 2 days of decline.. many of these sub $0.10 stocks dropping/rising more than 10% daily..

still down.
1) Try NOT to LOSE money!
2) Do NOT SELL in BEAR, BUY-BUY-BUY! invest in managements/companies that does the same!
3) CASH in hand is KING in BEAR!
4) In BULL, SELL-SELL-SELL!

Amazing turn around story of Beng Kuang swinging from 13 million loss in 2022 to 21 million profit in 2024 with asset light approach, has almost trebled in price in 2024.

Slight drop in holdings due to AGT Fund selling some shares.

Should have paid a bit more attention back in May 2024

Does not pay dividends, so only option to benefit is buy and hope the share price appreciation rewards a buyer.
