Amazing! This is exactly my valuation of Penguin too. But because I am new to this counter, I dare not pick up too much even though the price these few days look very juicy. (vested)

To summarize, my valuation of penguin is 45 cents.

I was always under the impression that a SSH must declare all selling/buying. Correct me if I am wrong. If this is true, Jeffrey is still holding onto his multi-bagging profits instead of cashing out.

Heavy selling now could be just investors or brokerages cashing out, after all, some has held this counter since the days of 8 cents. There may be better opportunities for them elsewhere especially during this week of selldown.

My 2 cents. Vested, though my valuation is more close to 35 cents.

Instead of trying to figure out which big shareholders could have been selling, wouldn't it be more relevant to find out the buyers who have been accumulating Penguin shares on a daily basis since mid-Aug14?

Good point. There’s an old saying, "there are many possible reasons to sell a stock, but only one reason to buy." Focusing on buying might be more conclusive.

Hi dydx and cityfarmer,

It may be hard to find the buyers thru this forum. That's because no member is reportedly selling, otherwise they will tell you the house that is buying. As for me, I use hse 21 so occassionally you will see a buyer from 21. Hope it aids in your 'investigation'.

Ps I normally submit orders in the bid queue in bulks of 35 lots

I added another 100 lots @0.250 last week.
Using DBS Vickers.

Added another 35 lots @0.24. No prize for guessing the house selling. 7th time they sold to me

Using custodian to sell have the same effect, unless it is SBL

CDP still issues share certificate if you want. Our electronic centralised scheme is called immobilisation book entry system. CDP will not be responsible if u dont get your corp actions if u hold physical shares. Thats why the company secretary still have to consolidate the members' list and not just get electronic printout from CDP during AGM

People often mistake the oft quoted idea that for every buyer there is a seller. That is of course true but the price they transact at reflects their outlook even if the buyers and seller size are the same throughout.
