I could only remember their flamboyant roadshow with standard Westcomb style Smile

What is the catalyst that you guys are looking at?
Before you speak, listen. Before you write, think. Before you spend, earn. Before you invest, investigate. Before you criticize, wait. Before you pray, forgive. Before you quit, try. Before you retire, save. Before you die, give. –William A. Ward

QE and all is unpredictable so while I keep it in mind , I think its useless to factor it into my analysis at this stage. Personally I like the fact that the mgmt has been transparent about the all in cost of gold ( which currently stands at 700+ btw, gold is 1290 ) and that they are one of the few profitable gold mining companies even at current prices. Most of the rest are losing money for each ounce of gold they produce while CNMC is making money and dramatically increasing production. There is a good chance they will increase their dividend payout also with their improving cashflow. There are more but I would suggest you read their annual report and past result releases, misc announcements to get a better feel of it and draw your own conclusion. Good Stock Bad Stock let the market decide haha

Nice! Read about what you have mentioned in The Edge magazine previously too. I'm more into direction of money in the macro economy. Liquidity drives asset prices and credit drives liquidity. A believer of when the big boys are dumping, even recession proof stock will depress a bit. Hehe... US print and hot hot money flow into Asia push all our value stocks higher. Looks like CNMC achieved another breakthrough - this time in exploration i/o production. Im not an expert on this front - does anyone know anything about this new drillspace optimiser technology they acquired and can it really lower their cost significantly? I will adopt a wait and see approach since Im not too familiar with this but appreciate if fellow investors can share what they know

Gold prices moving up but not the share price but I think this is still good for the company as more profit will be made when the company sell its gold products at higher prices.

why you bother about this small cap when insitutions also shy away from big gold miners on ASX?

Gold price moving up? Didn't the price moving down?

I looked at bloomberg spot gold. It was below 1200 on 3 Oct but it is 1233 today!
