Sorry no, I'm not well connected to Mr Phua. But considering that it's connected to a subway line, the human traffic and therefore business will be more than good. Smile

Thanks , I just got it from the AR, it is 84.9% . They target this month for biz opening.

The 70cents swap offer is actually a good deal lah.

The market is simply too negative to accept a swap offer then.

I think NF and some brokerage analysts who called for sell that dampened the sentiment. Maybe they called for sell was meant to sell to them.
