Eventually close at 36 cents. The lucky few managed to buy at 35.5 cents.

Patience is very much needed in this counter. Even if you want to sell your shares now at such low price, you need to be patient if your holdings is large. The sellers of yesterday and today (think could be the same sellers) are both very patient, sell very slowly so that share price will not drop.

If there is no resolution for shares buyback or capital distribution in the coming AGM, I will be looking to sell out and put my $$ in other property counters that have better catalyst in the coming year.

You are not the only one. Investors holding a long-term view have seen their profits eroded - Either sitting on much-reduced paper profiits or increased paper losses.

Come to think of it, it's also fair to say that LSH and Family have also seen their profits eroded as they bought between $0.30 to $0.43 during those 3 years.

Actually, if there is a catalyst for property counters, will not Sing Holdings also benefit?

What is the catalyst you have in mind ?

LSH should considering launching a takeover offer and delist the company. Even at $0.50, many investors out there will still make a decent profit.

The seller had queued 30 lots at 36 cents the whole day, eventually he threw in the towel and sell at 35.5 cents. Another contra player, perhaps - need to close the transaction before having to settle the full payment.

I think the seller probably is not a contra player, usually contra players will go for shares with higher volume. The seller is a very experienced trader, maybe he has been selling at 36 cents past few days, and he knows that there are no more buyers willing to buy at 36 cents, so he sold the 30 lots at 35.5 cents. By the way, someone queued 1 lot to sell at 36 cents (could be the seller). I have the feeling that the seller has more shares to sell. The next few trading days we will know. If the seller continues to sell, might hit 35 cents next week.

Robin suites, had sold about 57 units out of 92 since it was launched about a year ago.

Hallmark Residences, moved only 5 out of 20 units launched (55 units still not launched)

The above figures were obtained from URA website, data correct as at Jan 2014. Both properties are in D10 and near to future Stevens MRT station.

Robin Residences - Should still be able to sell if priced reasonably but I expect sales to be slow.

You have a point. The trader is probably selling at a loss. Hopefully this counter is not targeted by shortists. Sad to say, no one is buying up the stock to sustain the price.
