maybe SingLand's freefloat drops below 10% ??
1.8% of SingLand = 7,424,596 shares

As at 18 March 2013, SingLand's freefloat left approximately 11.80% only.

I think its going to be a long short given the steep discount to RNAV of $13.00. Those who are holding are likely to keep holding.

Unless of course, they can delist it when free float falls below 10%

the key to this takeover succeeding will most likely depend on the decision of Silchester INvestors...they own about 8% of SPland..the single largest block after UIC's stake

a general observation is that 5% minority shareholders will be bo chap or not happy with ANY offer. So unlikely UIC can privatised SPLand at this price. Coz 8% owned by silchester.
