Congrats to Indofood for getting such a good deal !
I think the lesson from the CMZ saga is that don't ever look down on sole proprietorships because they could be the top customer of a listed company.

Question: What's the difference between S-chips and listed Singapore companies?
Ans: Most listed Singapore companies are legit while some S-chips are legit.
